VA Streamline Refinance Checklist

 

  • Copy of Social Security Card or other acceptable evidence of SS#.

 

  • Hazard Insurance, annual premium – Renewal Date, Phone # and name of agent, and Homeowners Insurance Declaration page.

 

  • All pages of current Note and Deed of Trust.

 

  • Copy of HUD-1/Settlement Statement from previous closing.

 

  • Survey

 

  • Payoff from current lender.

 

  • Most recent payment coupon or bill in the mail for your present mortgage company, showing your breakdown of Principle and Interest, Taxes and Insurance.
