Since 2006, Stephen Kremer has been helping people make their homeownership dreams a reality. He is the 2nd half of the DessommesKremer Team, and has worked at PrimeLending since 2008. Stephen received his Bachelors in Finance from the University of North Texas in Denton, and is a Dallas, TX native.
Stephen specializes in complex products and borrower scenarios. Examples include renovation loans, down payment assistance programs for First Time and lower income borrowers, investors loans who own multiple properties and self-employed clients with multiple and complicated tax returns. He is well versed in Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA products, and also offers a variety of broker solutions for those who’s scenarios don’t fit with traditional financing.
Stephen has been married since 2002 and is now a proud father to his daughter. When he is not at work, he enjoys preparing made-from-scratch, gourmet meals and outdoor activities with friends, especially in the mountains or at the beach.
